Knowledge of all major semiconductor fabrication processes, with direct experience in all major processing technologies including layout, ion implant, epitaxy, lithography, thin film, dry etching, plasma processing chemo-mechanical polishing (CMP), packaging technologies, printed circuit board technology (PCB), flip chip, solder bump, wire bonding, i.e. all commercial packaging technologies, and multi-chip modules.

  Strong theoretical and practical background in the functionality, design and application of nearly every variety of electronic device or sensor.
